See, feel and hear why wind deflector’s are the #1 convertible accessory for Mustang convertibles with a Classic Design Concepts Lightbar!
The Mustang convertible wind deflector will fit Mustang models that have an existing Classic Design Concepts (CDC) lightbar from 2005 to 2014. This wind deflector is designed to work with the boot cover on your convertible. It also works with Roush Lightbars, MMD (American Muscle) Lightbars and Shelby Lightbars
A Mustang convertible wind deflector, compatible with CDC Lightbar, is an essential convertible accessory, the single most effective and unobtrusive way to reduce strong and noisy wind gusts while driving your Mustang convertible.
Instead of the wind blowing through the cabin of your car, up to 75% of the wind is diverted over the back of your convertible, so you can soak up the elements instead of being at their mercy.
Extend your Mustang convertible season: with the wind deflector redirecting the wind over the back of your convertible, you can drive with top down earlier in the Spring and later into the Fall and in more comfort throughout the top down season.
Drive in peace and quiet: Without the loud rush of wind in your ears, you’ll finally be able to listen to music and talk with passengers. The difference is dramatic, especially when travelling at highway speeds.
There are no modifications to your Mustang convertible and it is designed not to harm your convertible in any way
This wind deflector can stay in place when lowering or raising your Mustang convertible top or can stay in place with the top up or down. Once in place most owners never remove them.

My wife and I have a 2014 Mustang convertible, and a few people at the local Mustang club suggested we add a wind deflector from LoveTheDrive.com We have just done so and I have to say this exceeded our expectations. Your promotions suggest it will extend the driving season – last night we took our first spin with this installed at a temperature around six degrees. And loved it – the deflector blocks the wind so well my wife commented that her hair doesn’t even blow around – and with the windows up the heater kept us quite comfortable. Installation was exactly as promised, a few minutes with no difficulty whatever – just pops into place, attach a four straps and go. Twenty minutes is a generous estimate even including unpacking! The deflector is fantastic, this is a fine quality product! Thank you! Linda & Steve
Love it, my wife wont leave the garage unless its on and it only takes 30 seconds to put on, we have lots of people ask us about it and she always takes the lead on how great it is.
I'm very happy with my Love The Drive wind deflector. I wear hearing aids and it cuts down on the wind noise. My wife loves it because it keeps the wind off of the back of her neck so we get to leave the top down later in the evening. Our neighbours liked it so much the bought one for their Mustang.
I bought this for my wife's Mustang convertible and she absolutely loves it! She can drive all over town now without the wind blowing her hair in her face. It's a truly amazing product!
What Styling/Light Bars Does This Work With? Specifically, does it work with the CDC Light Bar?
We design this wind deflector to work with CDC (Custom Desgin Concepts), Roush lightbars , Steeda Lightbars and Lightbars on Shelby’s.
Install this before or after the styling bar? I’m wondering if it is best to install the screen before or after you install a styling bar? Or does it matter?
It is best to have the lightbar installed first. We have two wind deflectors for convertible Mustangs. One for Mustangs without a lightbar and one with a lightbar. These wind deflectors are not interchangeable so best to have your lightbar install first
Wondering if the wind deflector moves around enough to mar the top of the rear interior quarter panels?
Once in place our wind deflectors so not move around and will not mark the quarter panels. All of our parts are coated in a plastisol which is a soft vinyl so the brackets will not mark or damage your trim in anyway
Does the wind deflector fit in the trunk when we have people in the back seat?
Yes we design the wind deflector so it can be stored in the trunk when not in use and we provide a free storage bag with the wind deflectors
